Understanding Erosion
 
According to geological science term erosion is a change in the form of rock, soil or mud caused by water power, wind, ice, and the influence of gravity and living organisms. The wind was blowing hard yanng continuing to erode the rock on the walls of the valley. The flowing water continuously for millions of years to grind the rock in the vicinity as it did in the Grand Canyon in America. Similarly, erosion due to ice called glaciers that can crack rock if rock crevices filled with water that freezes.
